The interview process was quick and straight forward. I enjoyed the authenticity of the interviewers and was pleasantly surprised by the level of culture fit that came through in the interview. Everyone I spoke with was genuinely interested in understanding my skills to seek if it was truly a good fit. I got an offer within 2 days of my final interview. It was a seamless process.

Great interview process and to the point. Learn a lot during several short interviews. Had 3 interviews total before offer from COO. First did a screen then had two 30 minute interviews with employees.

- One (1) 30-min phone screen with an internal recruiter (broad overview)
- Two (2) back-to-back 30-min video call interviews with two (2) different Practice Leaders
- One (1) 30-min phone interview with Sr. Director of Operations*
- Formal offer letter is emailed
*If offer is made during call, salary and exact title are also negotiated
