Long, tiring, too many stages. They ask challenging questions, but when it is my turn to ask them, they seem to shy away abit. They dont like salary negotiations, trying to emphasis other so call "benfits" to cover it up. Once you reached the final round, the chance of getting hire is very high. But i heard that nowadays, the whole hiring process is taking ages (even for a lifeguard role) like at least 6 months.
