After applying, they emailed me to schedule a short phone interview. The first interviewer was very nice and respectful. He asked specific questions to get to know me better and concluded that I would be a better fit for a different department (Research and Development). A second interview was scheduled with a department manager after the first phone interview. I didn't get to do this interview because I got an offer somewhere else.
