Applied online through glassdoor, received an email to complete an aptitude test (like an IQ test but given only 3 min for every 4 questions). Thought I did well, but wasn't given any results and was rejected 1 minute later. The first part of the test didn't have anything to do with the job applied for and actually felt more for an financial job opening, as you look at graphs and complete some basic algebra. The second part was just a diagrammatic test that was very easy in the beginning but actually hard at the end due to a 3 min time constraint. Interesting but I don't feel like that should be the test for the job.

Entrevista
Recruiter would take a considerably long time to respond, making it extremely difficult to properly plan a follow-up interview time. Finally confirmed an in-person interview (which would require an international flight for me) THE DAY BEFORE the interview was scheduled, and only bothered to change the interview date after I pushed back.
Interview process itself is straightforward, but difficult. Two 80-minute interviews where each round has two new interviewers. A lot of whiteboarding problems.
The fact that they fly you out is nice, but the overall treatment and attitude to candidates proves they do not value your time.

First a multiple choice quiz then a timed coding assessment then a recorded video interview and then onsite final interviews super day. Pretty easy technical, logical and algorithm type questions.
