Having this many interviewers can make alignment more difficult, as naturally no candidate will resonate equally with all interviewers. 3. The final interview, in particular, felt more focused on identifying faults rather than assessing fitness. It may be more effective to place these determinant stages earlier in the process to save time for both candidates and the firm. Advice: Consider streamlining the number of interviewers, introduce any key elimination stages sooner and allow space for candidates to clarify points where needed. This would improve efficiency while maintaining a strong candidate experience. Leverage probation periods to assess mutual fit.
