HR were very lazy.Interview process was very lengthy started at 11:30 am ended at 5 pm (time consuming).total 6 rounds interview.First round was with HR to discuss experience ,salary etc and then asked to have lunch outside,we will call you and come after 2 hours.what a sluggish kind of behaviour of HR seen at iks .It was hot sunny day for technical round had to walk from building number 5 to building number 11 in mind space campus.Again waited for half an hour for availability of computer in small cabin like room for technical round.No suppoortive staff.No respect for doctors starting with security till HR.No respect for valuable time of doctors coming for an interview.No facilities(toilet/restroom) for interviewer then why iks calls for interview.Had pathetic experience at IKS.Even after interview IKS HR do not communicate for minimum 2weeks and again there is waste of time and energy .
