They do a sit-down process and ask questions that give them an idea of how you will fit into their culture, look over your portfolio, then take you on a tour of the showroom and ask additional design-based questions.

Chiamata online con il responsabile che mi ha illustrato il ruolo e ha chiesto il mio interesse per il ruolo. Disponibili e molto gentili. Mi è stato illustrata la paga, l'orario lavorativo, il servizio mensa e benefit aziendale.

Several different interviews. The ability to meet lots of team members. They valued new and fresh input. Comfortable setting. Details about the 4 design styles, age, income and room size portfolios that will need to be practiced.
