I applied online and received an email to schedule a phone interview appointment. I was not called at my appointment time, so I set up another appointment for later that week, and I was called then. The questions were about past experiences, "explain a time when you..." type questions. I went in for an in-person interview the next week. The interviewer made me feel at ease and comfortable. The questions asked were the same questions from the phone interview, and they did not have access to the answers from the phone interview. Afterwards I received an email to schedule a follow-up phone call, where they offered me the position and scheduled an orientation date. Now I'm just waiting for my drug test / background check instructions. The whole process took about 2 weeks so far.
