Received a phone call from the staffing agency with the job description. Since it fell within my parameters, I accepted it. The first step was a phone interview with the hiring manager which was set for the following day. That call went so well that he requested a person-to-person interview the same day. Upon arrival at the company, I first saw the manager and then both the manager and the director. We discussed the job requirements and how they fit with my experiences, the usual "what are your strong and weak points" and "provide specific descriptions of how I resolved problems that arose during the normal course of the job", what kind of management styles I preferred, what I was looking for in a job, etc. The process went smoothly. The agency called the next day that I was offered the position. I accepted.
