IHS recruiter got in touch with me, and we had an in-person interview a few weeks later. I didn't get the job, but no-one thought to get in touch to actually tell me that. At the very least, they should have sent me an email for making the effort and preparation to go to the job interview. Very badly managed as a process. I got a better suited job shortly after.
