Second round - Process manager (about philosophy and attitude)
Third round with Senior manager - Mainly ask about odd shift timing and pressure.
fourth round is again with HR - Salary negotiation

Then the second round is a 30 minutes interview with VP.
Basically going through your resume and couples of technical questions.
