Barely an interview. The staff was accepted sight unseen from previous company contract and the whole process was very impersonal. Over 20 people were accepted and although they kept requirements the same, ICF dropped bonuses and incentives and removed any aspects of creating a relaxed casual environment but started adding strict guidelines.
