Easy process. Very in-depth telephone interview as the company is based out of San Antonio, TX and the position applied for was in South Carolina. It was very much a two-sided interview with questions and responses from both parties. I ended the phone interview feeling confident and assured that the company would contact me regardless of a positive or negative reply.
