They usually don't choose candidates without a strong internal referral, so if you could get an interview without one, it means they are desperately searching for someone like you! I had a referral but the position was entirely different than my expertise! I don't know why they set an interview!

They asked about my resume and insisted on FRENCH. In fact, they are more interested in your French language level than your expertise! I can understand that as the company is in Quebec, but seriously?! you don't let people even explain their resume in English?! they interrupt you repeatedly and ask you to explain everything in French even when they know you are not good at French...

Entrevista
Applied on line and got an email few days later to do 3 online tests (IQ, Work place and French). After passing the online exams, I got an invitation for an on site interview and I had to repeat two online exams before entering to the interview room. Two weeks later I got an offer.
