Received a phone call from the recruiter. We went over my resume and passed experiences. Had a second phone interview with an engineer which took less than 30 minutes. He asked me a few high-level questions such as why someone would want to use source control, etc. The final interview was onsite with three different people, lasting 3 hours. It was mostly them talking about the company and what they were doing on a daily basis. I felt very positive about the interview but they never got back to me. I sent several emails respectfully asking for an update on the final decision but every time they replied with "we should have an update within the next few days". Never heard back.

The interviewers encouraged me to walk through my thought process, asking follow-up questions that felt insightful rather than purely evaluative. This approach allowed me to discuss my ideas openly and feel more at ease, ultimately turning the interview into a dynamic exchange rather than a one-sided assessment. The interviewers’ respect for my time and careful attention to detail gave me a very positive impression of the company’s culture and the importance they place on building strong teams.
