In each round, they asked "Why consulting?" and "Why Huron?" 1. Phone screening: Just wanted to know basic information about your resume, your GPA, what you are studying 2. Phone interview: Be prepared to talk about specific experiences in leading teams and working in teams. The interview is focused on real experiences and they want to hear about "a time you had to ____." EX) tell us about a time you had to work with a difficult team member. 3. Zoom interview: The case was a straightforward interviewer-led scenario where a hospital wanted to implement a new calling system. The behavioral portion of the interview was similar to that of the phone interview. 4. Two Zoom interviews: The first interview is a job-based interview to see how well you fit into the healthcare consulting intern role. Asked questions like "What do you think a consultant does on a daily basis?" and "When was a time you worked with large amounts of data?" The second interview was a values-based interview, where they looked to see how well you aligned with the companies values. Be sure to look at what Huron believes in. These interviews were very conversational and relaxed--even through Zoom.
