I had a really great experience interviewing with the Hunt&Hawk Team for the Senior Graphic Design position. During the initial stages I spoke with their Operations Manager who was nothing but lovely, this then progressed to a more formal interview with their Director, Lead Designer and Project Manager. The interview was thorough and provided great insight about the company's history, current situation and vision for the future and the role that this position would play in that. I was transparent that I was at various stages with other agencies at the time, and when I did tell the team that I was going to pursue a dream opportunity they were nothing but thankful and supportive!
