Applied online with CV and cover letter. Was then alerted via email by HR, that they were interested in me. Was then directly contacted by the Junior Buyer to arrange a skype interview. Questions were generally about past experiences, current studies at university, skills I have, interests, hobbies, and also would I be able to deal living abroad.

Was given unlimited time to develop answers to questions before answering questions. Was notified when I was turned down. Never spoke to a real person, just recorded questions (though it was a recorded video of a person rather than just written questions).
