I was interviewed 2-3 times by different recruiters. They did not bother to retain my details so paperwork was duplicated (including bringing in my passport). 1st interview was 5-10 minutes and I did not feel confident I would hear back from that person (I never did). The 2nd or 3rd recruiter was a lot better than the first one (inattentive and said I was overqualified - so why invite me to interview?). The 2nd/3rd recruiter was much more personable and has been infrequently contacting me if I am not suited to roles. They have been posting a lot of generic adverts online but don't appear to have the jobs at the moment!
