First an email to invite me to begin the interview process. I was assigned a BDR (Business Development Rep) that knew the hiring team and understood the role to a certain degree. We had a quick 20 minute call to go over any questions I had about the company and then a 30 minute call with the hiring manager. Then three 30 minute calls with folks on the team. My BDR rep was super useful!
