After sending application got respond from HR and invite for the first call, which was super easygoing and friendly. Afterwards got to the next stage with hiring manager, who was acting like a robot, shooting questions and not giving any reaction to the answers, not willing to answer anything before the time for questions at the end of the meeting. 2 days after got rejection with possibility to gain feedback in another 15 min meeting which i think its great option to improve. Really good prep materials send by the HR, hiring manager was actually asking all of what i got before

Rejected after meeting the hiring manager, but a feedback session was scheduled with clear and constructive reasons to work on. It's disappointing that this felt so unusual, but well done Hubspot for doing what others should.
Only criticism was that the interview was rigidly 7 questions, I understand the need for consistency, but the way it was structured with points interrupted on the basis they would be used again later made for a disjointed experience.
