4 interviews including 1 sales role play which required extensive preparation. Reached reference checks and was told 3 weeks later they wouldn't be proceeding with little communication during that process. Having spoken to my references, there should have been no reason not to proceed with an offer. Quite disappointing

Was referred in, had a recruiter interview, then manager technical discovery call which was a mock discovery call, then 3 manager meeting. It took a few weeks between application and recruiter call but moved quickly once I had a recruiter. She was great and super helpful.
