I have experienced the worst interview process. At the beginning the HR interviewed me and asked when you are available for the second round interview. I shared my availability we confirmed one but they called me when I was in middle of something (out of my availability). I could handle it anyway. The third round they wanted to send a code to do at home. They said you have three hours to finish coding. I have waited to get an email but no body sent an email at all even for the day we confirmed. I sent a follow up email and they apologized and we scheduled for another time. The last interview was the worst part. It was technical and there were three interviewers. The manager of that department was the main interviewer, he didn't let me talk and he made me nervous. Their work environment was not pleasant. I am happy that I don't work there.
