That is outside my area of expertise, and I believe beyond the scope of this business focused position. If this was asked of me, to find the answer I would identify the internal product experts in this field and request their assistance. Then I would connect them with the client to fully resolve the issues. My role would be to understand the issue on the broader business level and leverage the implication in future development/direction/marketing.
