Communication is key in processes like these, we would need to communicate the impact and expected implementation times to the relevant stakeholders, plan our implementation process along with the post implementation tests and our resource requirements. During the implementation we would update the relevant stakeholders on the progress of the implementation. Upon completion we would reflect on any issues that arose, do a root cause analysis and suggest improvements for the next release.
