How do you handle a disruptive class?
Anónimo
- Setting proper expectations up front in how the training/class will proceed, what ground rules will be in place. - If someone specifically is being disruptive, letting that person know that you appreciate their input, however, for the best experience for everyone questions and comments will be put on the “parking lot”. A place where most questions will get answered in due time. Also, letting them know that most of the questions that are being asked will probably get answered in the training. - Giving feedback to that person at the next break in training.
