How do you differentiate learning?

Thank you mam for asking me this question. Learning and growth is continous process. I don't want students to get bore in my session. Ex. Monday- Andurance train Tuesday- Agility drills Wednesday- Speed work Thursday- weight training Friday- hill running. This my training session from age 12. Below that age u I have fun game. With ball training Game sense Position sense Receiving and controlling ball. Even I can manage sport events. For any age group.
