After applying online, I was called in for a verbal interview. It was basic, nothing elaborate, just information about work experience/ schooling if any. I had to pass a written bartender exam, which consisted of 6-8 drink names, and I had to write all the ingredients for each drink. After that, they went over the exam with me. I passed, so they gave me information about getting my uniform and shoes. They set a second day for me to come in, wearing my uniform, for a uniform inspection. Also, I attended a short class which explained their policies, and watched a video about food handling safety. They thoroughly explained the process of booking events and how to turn in the time card, etc.
