Applied online and received a request for a video interview. I just did my video interview. In the email request I received it very clearly states interview for Alaska Airlines. Even in the beginning stages of the interview I still thought I was interviewing for Alaska Airlines. The interview even starts off with an introduction from an Alaska Airlines recruiter in a 737 mock cabin. I know Horizon is considered part of the Alaska Air Group, however, it would make more sense to have an introduction from a Horizon Air recruiter in a Horizon Air Aircraft... It was not until 2nd or 3rd question that I was asked about a question and how it would pertain to Horizon. I've done video interviews before and really don't like them. I don't believe they let the company know who you are. For me, I'm more nervous In a video interview because it is timed. I don't believe the time given to think about your answer is appropriate. Interview questions can be thought provoking and in some instances may need more time to think about.

Fist is the the initial Application process. Then, you're sent some Audio interview questions about 5 to 6 questions. The last step is the Final Virtual Group Interview where you broken up into groups to ask situational questions related to customer service experience.
It was a good experience and I learned a lot about the company and process. The interview went quickly which surprised me. But overall great experience. I like it was all virtual.
3 stages; virtual video interview, group interview & informational, 2:1 virtual interview. Video interview did not need camera and you can take as much time as you need with 3 tries to record. They got back to me within hours of each interview process
