There will be 3 rounds. 1st would be Screening 2nd will be managerial round and 3rd round will be with the CEO of the company The overall interview process were easy, however they are more observant over the commitment an employee can give to the organisation

Un processus classique pour ce genre de structure. Cinq entretiens, premier contact via cabinet de recrutement puis Ressources Humaines, puis personnel direct de l'entreprise. N+1 +2 et autres collaborateurs directs

Strutturato colloquio svolto in lingua Italiana ed inglese. Efficace in quanto si potevano conoscere i diretti responsabili con cui ci si interfacciava abitualmente per la gestione del lavoro. L' ultima parte del colloquio però era incentrata sulla continua richiesta di effettuare delle domande e l' ho trovata fuori tema , si poteva strutturare meglio. Colloquio eseguito dopo pre-selezione , durata 1 ora.
