The interview process began with a telephone conference as an initial screening tool in which questions regarding the technical aspects of my experience were asked. After successfully completing the telephone interview an interview in person was scheduled. This was a group interview with the Program Manager, Project Manager, and an Information Security Analyst asking questions to evaluate my potential.

Worst interview process to date. Interviewers were not timely and asked questions no where near related to the role. In regards to the questions that were partly related, the scenarios where thee most extreme edge cases one could possibly come up with. So you are forced to essentially be wrong in every response. Repeated interviews because the scheduling process pretty much forgot they spoke with me, so I did the first round twice. Which literally included the person who introduce themselves to me the first time, saying the exact same thing in the second meeting. Including asking me the exact same awful scenario questions.
