The interview process was one of the most enjoyable of my entire career. The telephone screening was lengthy and both participants were totally engaged with the Q&A exchange. This phone screening lead to an equally positive in-person interview, which lead to an offer, which was slightly fine-tuned and then accepted.

I had two interviews, the first one was with the recruiter and second one with the hiring manager. After the offer letter was accepted, a background check was requested/completed. The entire hiring process took about 3 weeks to complete.
