I interviewed only with a panel of two people. I interviewed for EO role in Visas and Immigration department and AO - admin team. Executive officer interview was 30 min, I was asked about 5-6 questions, first question was an icebreaker question and it's not marked. Questions were in the form of "tell us about a time" and "how would you handle", "what would you do if...". They asked me questions around success profiles regarding delivering at pace, leadership, managing quality service and working in a team. Be prepared to give constructive and confident responses in 5 min max per question. You may also be asked to answer in 2 min per question. After this they may stop you and carry on with next question. Panel was nice and friendly. They put me in ease and did not feel uncomfortable.

Fair, took around 30 mins, asked me to provide examples. Please remember to use the STAR method with providing examples. Had 2 individuals giving the interview both of whom were senior, location of interview was in Westminster only a few minutes walk from underground station.
