I applied online through LinkedIn and received an email asking to complete some sample work that included a landing page based on a google ad as well as a landing page. Within a couple of days, I was asked in for a face-to-face interview. Interviews never seem to be my strong point, but I felt instantly comfortable and was able to relax and answer questions to the best of my ability. Although I didn't get an offer my experience was definitely positive.
