Easy talking, observed my application, and instantly accepted from the beginning of the interview. Had a second sit-down interview with another manager. Confirmed with a math test, it was dumb. Started on the same day.

The interview is relatively easy. They will go over your application and ask questions about your experiences with your former employer, and what made you decide to work for Hobby Lobby. If you make it past the interview, you will be given a math test. Math test is pretty basic questions as well.
