Math test and one on one interview. Very comfortable process. Simple interview question on basic human interaction and communication skills along with handling money. It is a fast paced environment with some unloading that you may not be aware of.

The interview is relatively easy. They will go over your application and ask questions about your experiences with your former employer, and what made you decide to work for Hobby Lobby. If you make it past the interview, you will be given a math test. Math test is pretty basic questions as well.
