I'm not sure what are they looking for a candidate. They came to our campus and hired only freshers. They technically look for freshers for this and try to mould them as per their standards. If you are someone who has some incredible past experience in the field of digital marketing, they wouldn't bat an eye on you. I haven't been through a more hectic process. The process was so messed up that starting with a written aptitude test, case study presentation and two technical and one HR interview. During the technical interview they merely asked us to solve some quants questions and guesstimates.
