it was a pool placement drive at chandigarh university. it was just the online test. the online test was divided into two parts: one was the aptitude part and the second part comprised of technical mcq's. the aptitude part consisted of : bar graph questions,pie charts data analysis,logical reasoning,antonyms,synonyms,fill in the blanks,comprehensions and questions from passages given. the second part consisted of technical mcq's: questions were from c language,c++,java, output questions, mysql, dbms,hadoop file system. total time was: 105 minutes apti part : 60 questions technical mcq: 50 questions

The interview process consisted of a written test followed by a GD further followed by a technical interview. Around 1000 students sat for the process . 84 were left after written test. 36 were left after GD . 2 were selected finally.

Off Campus Drive 1000+ students appeared for the process. 1) Online test (quant + english + technical) - 60 mins 50 questions in quant/english and 55 mins 50 questions in technical. Questions primarily on Java. Full Length programs were given and questions were to spot error and predict output. Total of 60 students selected after this round. 2) Further Interviews were held at a 5 star hotel in Delhi. 2.1) GD :- 13-17 candidates in each group. Discussion was based on case studies like survival scene in desert and prioritize items. around 4-5 selected from each group 3) Technical Interview :- 3.1) Coding question - check if number is palindrome or not. 3.2) 3 puzzles 3.3) Then interview started and questions were based on C and C++. Total 9 selected after this round. 4) HR Round 4.1) Tell about your achievements, spare time activities, why Hitachi. Total of 8 students selected for the company. I made it
