Talent acquisition team will select resume and call for interview. Interview will be scheduled either virtual or face to face. Technical knowledge on the position is required to get through the Interview.
The overall interview process consists of 3/4 rounds. The first round can be either a telephonic or a direct HR interview, followed by technical interview, again this can be either 1 or 2 rounds and finally one more HR round for salary negotiation and onboarding.
