I had an phone interview scheduled with the VP who was almost a half hour late to call. I took time out of my work day for this interview, so I was not happy. When I finally got on the phone with her (she did not apologize for being late), she asked me one question and then basically told me that I do not have enough experience for the role. If this qualification is the most important aspect of the job, I should never have been contacted for an interview because it does not state this on my resume or cover letter. The "interview" lasted less than 5 minutes and I was not asked if I had any questions at the end. This phone interview was disrespectful and unprofessional. I would not apply here again.
