I was granted a digital video interview. I got the feeling everyone who applied was granted an interview, which I didn't really appreciate. I even read somewhere this particular company uses the data from the interviews for development - not sure if that is true. There is a lot of time and effort that goes into applying and interviewing, so I would rather only get an interview if I'm actually being considered.
