Telephone interview - Friendly, professional
Face to face - Lot's of scenario based questions, competency questions & task.
It seems competency question responses where better received than actual ability to complete task. Quite formal/ serious.
Was told after the interview that I did the best in the task but failed to give clear responses to competency questions.
How about judge me on my creative ability to think like a marketing professional not on silly work based scenarios?
But understandably this is important to them.

Went very well, only issue was on my own end due to lack of preparation, but overall great interview, I'm even lucky they gave me the time of day after I arrived late

Uma entrevista por telefone rápida, segunda entrevista pessoalmente (depois de ter feito um case study em casa sobre o hotel que ia abrir) com HR Manager e minha manager, terceira entrevista com General Manager do Hotel
It was only one interview, it was an informal conversation where we got to know each other and the role, I was asked two questions max, one being what i think one of my weaknesses is.
