It was a disaster and completely turned me off from ever considering this organization as a place to work or recommend to another individual interested in a career there. The issue stemmed from a blanket statement made by a recruiter claiming that Hilton does not higher entrepreneurs to their corporate positions. And thereafter it was one call after another from other recruiter to another trying to back peddle.
