Entrevista
After two interviews for two roles, I decided not to apply to Hilton anytime in the near future. I have interviewed for two roles and had the exact same experience:
1) I applied online, within 10 days, I was reached out by the recruiter. I completed two phone interviews and the video interview. I received a "Congratulations, you moved to the next stage, we will be in touch regarding the next steps" email within a week. I didn't hear anything back afterwards. I sent two emails to the recruiter none of which were responded to. It's been six months and I still don't know what happened to my application.
2) The recruiter found me on LinkedIn, and scheduled a phone call. After the first phone call, I was asked to interview with another recruiter. No one has time to talk with all of their recruiters but I accepted as Hilton was a company I genuinely wanted to work for. The second recruiter mentioned that she would move my application forward, and share my resume with the hiring manager. It's been three months and I haven't heard anything back regarding that role either.
I have already invested countless hours and I can't keep investing more until they get their act together. If a position is closed, send me an email. If the hiring manager changed his/her mind, send me an email. Respect the people otherwise you'll lose good talent. You lost me.
Overall professional, but long. Ultimately they changed the job description so after many months it was moot. Disappointing but at least they didn't ghost. They had an initial screening then case study and 1 hour interview.

Standard. Exec recruiter hr screen. Hiring manager. Their leader. Peer panels. All standard questions and duration. Overall process went well. I did not accept as I was unable to guarantee the compensation I required and they wanted relocation.
Yes it was good I think I was little tough but not bad frst they told me introduce my self and asked my previous work property then y I changed to Hilton
