The overall application process consisted of the following: a 25 min application, a Psychrometric test and uploading a video answering the same questions from the application packet. A week later, I decided to follow up on my interview via email and text message, however, I never got a reply and the job opening was relisted on indeed 3 weeks after my 1:1 interview. On the fourth week, I received an automated email denying the job offer.
