Cover letter and resume application, interviewed on campus, and then interviewed at one of their locations which they flew me to (all expenses paid). There we took a skills test, were interview by three different HR people and asked different questions by each. There were also a group of other people being interviewed at the same time. We also got to work in a position in the restaurant to understand more about the company and its culture.
