The "New" corporate recruiter conducted an initial 1st round interview. And hastily dismissed my candidacy without even checking in with the "Hiring Manager"! Unbeknownst to her that 11 months previously I went through 3 "successful" rounds of interviews with the Previous Recruiter (Consulting Firm), Hiring Manager and Team and was extended an offer! Unfortunately, I have several offers on the table at the time and went with another offer!! It's interesting that this "New" recruiter was very quick to dismiss my application but, clearly does NOT have a clue what the hiring manager and their team, is looking for, or what's a good fit!!
