The interview process was extensive due to Hightower properly vetting their potential employees. I had 4 interviews and met with 5 different people. Although it took several weeks Brandy LeCoure kept the lines of communication open and kept me updated with everything! Every person I interviewed with was thorough but made you feel comfortable and very conversational.
