The process was 3 interviews initially, and although I wasn’t successful the first time around, the company reached back out later when another role came up. That was really nice and showed they had kept me in mind. Overall, I found the interview process very relaxed and welcoming. I was quickly put at ease and the conversations flowed naturally rather than feeling too formal or scripted. It also felt like the company’s priorities and values aligned well with my own, which made the process feel genuine and positive. Pros: Friendly interviewers, good communication, relaxed atmosphere, felt valued even after the original outcome. Cons: The process was a little lengthy with multiple stages, but overall a positive experience.
