The process was very pleasant, not too long, and very respectful of my time and of my workplace. It started with a phone interview, then continued with an interview with the manager. After that, once there was a connection, I felt that this was it. It continued with a take-home assignment, and from the interviews and the people I met, I immediately knew this was the place I wanted to work.
